Leasing Questions

No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Our apartments & townhomes are priced individually based on the specific amenities and features.

Application fees are $85 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these in office, or online by credit card, a small fee will apply. There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $250. All application/administrative fees are non-refundable.

Applications may be found under the "Floor Plans" tab of our property website, or you can stop in the office for a paper application during business hours. All lease holders must be 21 and older.

Residents are responsible for paying their own gas and electric bills through?Ameren?and?Spire. Water, sewer and trash are costs are dependent on floor plan and are billed back to residents monthly. 

Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria. Deposits start at the equivalent of one month’s rent and can go up to two full months’ rent.

Rent is always due on the first of the month. A $100 late fee is assessed on the 5th for unpaid balances, and an additional $80 is assessed on the 18th of the month (even Sundays and holidays). You can pay your rent using the resident portal. 

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. Before any pets are allowed in the apartment a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee is required. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact the office for details or check out the Westpark Pet Policy page.

Resident Questions

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000 plus any current rent concessions due seven days after the notice is given. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

If you love our apartments and want to refer a friend, please let our office know! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join our community.

You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online through our resident portal if you have activated an account. 

We love that you are opening your home to guests. If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If they are permanently moving in, or staying longer than 14 days, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.

We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in at least 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice. 

Yes, residents can set up services with Spectrum and AT&T.

You are allowed to use gas or electric grills on the property, but not within 10 feet of the building. Restrictions apply to wooden decks. Please contact the office with questions.

If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back into your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours. In these circumstances, please return a master key to the leasing office within 24 hours.

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
